Hilpp Construction Inc. has been building structural steel, pre-engineered, and wood frame commercial/industrial buildings throughout Cental Kentucky since 1976. We specialize in warehousing, manufacturing facilities, office space, retail buildings, custom design, and business leasing that meets your needs.
For over 30 years Hilpp Construction Inc. has built commercial, industrial, and office buildings all around Central Kentucky. We have built industrial buildings as large as 220,000 square ft. (that’s five acres under roof) in less than five months; grocery stores as far away as Cincinnati, Ohio; and office buildings in about every county in an 80 mile radius.
With the expertise we have gained through our various projects, we feel that we can not only save our clients money, but also build them an energy efficient project. We design and build to provide our clients with low maintenance costs; low energy costs, which enables them to enjoy a greater return on their investment.
Hilpp Warehousing presently has over 800,000 SF of warehouse/industrial space in Marion, Boyle, Taylor and Mercer Counties. We take pride in maintaining energy efficient buildings. Over the past several years we have worked to improve HVAC equipment & have replaced nearly all hallogen lighting with new T5 fluroscents which oporated on motion sensors. We also work continuously to maintain our facility appearances for our tenents.
Hilpp Properties currently owns and manages over 100,000 SF of retail space and office buildings in Central Kentucky. We manage retail strip centers in Lebanon, Danville & Harrodsburg. All of which are located within 2 miles or less from large anchors such as Wal Mart, Kroger, JC Penney and Peebles. Our retail/office spaces range from 1,500 SF to 49,000 SF and our lease options are flexible. We also try to maintain several outparcels & building lots for those clients who are able to take advantage of our build/lease option.
